Did you believe that I could leave to bake Brownies without sharing its recipe with you?
Our Blog's name is Women for Women and this is what I believe in so here is the recipe. Enjoy :)
Ingredients
1 Cup Butter.
1 Cup White Sugar.
2 Eggs.
3/4 Cup All- Purpose Flour.
1/4 Cup Dark unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
3/4 Cup Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate (I buy Chocolate bar which is divided into cubes and cut from it into small pieces until I have the quantity enough to fill 3/4 cup).
1/2 Small spoon Vanilla.
2 Small spoons of Instant Coffee (Nescafe).
Directions
1. Mix the Butter and the Sugar together until you have a creamy fluffy mixture.
2. Add the Vanilla to the Eggs without beating the eggs.
3. Add the Eggs to the Butter mixture one at a time and after adding each egg mix well to make sure that it had been mixed very well with the butter mixture.
4. Mix the flour, Cocoa Powder, Instant Coffee & the Semi Sweet Chocolate together then add all to the butter mixture and mix all together very well.
5. Batter a 20 Cm. x 20 Cm. pan and pour the Brownies in it.
6. The Oven must be preheated on 200 C and we enter the brownies pan into it and leave it in the oven for 20- 25 Minutes.
7. When the Brownies get out of the Oven it'll be crunchy from outside and moist from the inside because of the melted Chocolate.
How to Serve
Personally, I love to eat it warm with a huge cup of Nescafe or Cappuccino.
Also you can eat it whet it gets cool after adding Whipping Cream or a scoop of Ice cream on top of it and to get it much more perfect pour a little quantity of the Heavenly Caramel Sauce.
